A good strategy to respond to stress is to remove yourself from the situation.

Stress is the body’s response to any kind of change that needs adjustment. The body responds to the changes emotionally, mentally, and physically. Stress helps to stay alert and energetic and it can be felt from one’s thought, body, and environment. Stress can be managed by exercising regularly, eating well- balanced and healthy food, keeping a positive attitude, and being assertive.

A.) To remove yourself from the situation.

    Explanation:

Holding your stress in will only make it come out later, and is not good for mental health. It is dangerous to take your stress and anger out on others, and should never take controlled substances to deal with a stressor.

I would say the correct answer is A because B and C are definitely not correct. And I have no idea what D is talking about.
