Maps are of great importance in facilitating knowledge of a particular place or region. They are the picture of the place at any given time. They provide important information, such as data about the organization of space and how this place has changed over time.

The origin of the map dates back to 4500 years. The drawings drawn in different materials on environmental phenomena are records of prime importance for humanity. The materials used in the design of the maps are ceramics, paper, bronze, stone, animal skin. The oldest map in the world was made of a piece of pottery produced by the Babylonians.

    Hi,
I don't have access to your map, but I can give you a general comment: Africa has been divided by the imperialist powers, often not along tribe and language lines. This means that people from different groups were put together in a country, and this made the struggle for independence harder, because there was less of a feeling of Unity than in a country with a common language.
This, for example, is something that you could understand from a map.
