  1. question 1. in my opinion, they do not know the seekers name because the young African man couldn't speak the native language and the slave owners wouldn't have cared anyways...

    question 2. He had only arrived beacause he was sent to America on 1749 and escaped on 1752 this means he was working as a slave for 3 years only.

    question 3. The freedom seekers might of felt desperate to escape like the man. However, they may be scared for many reasons such as : leaving close relatives behind, getting caught and much more.

  2. Information is important in everyone's lives because without information, we would not be able to develop our knowledge on the world. People use tools and sources such as books, the internet, spoken word communication with others, the world around us to find information and more.
