7(x - 3)
Hope this helps! 🙂

Both 3x and 9 are a multiple of 3, so we can factor out a 3:
3x + 9 = 3 (x + 3)

3. nook4boo says:

X(5x+9)

x appears in both terms, so you can take it out

20x^3 + 15xfactoring out 5x
5x(4x^2 + 3)

$15x^{3}+20x=5x(3x^{2}+4)$

Factor out the (4x-5), which is the GCF to go from
x(4x-5) + 9(4x-5)
to
(4x-5)(x+9)

Note: (4x-5)(x+9) is the same as (x+9)(4x-5). The order of the factors does not matter. You can multiply in any order.

Therefore, the final answer is choice B
