$\omega$=frequency of oscillation

$t=time$

$v=A\omega cos\omega t$

Total Energy of the system is E=Potential Energy(U)+kinetic Energy(K)

At max amplitude

i.e. $A=A\sin\omega t$

$\omega t=\frac{\pi }{4}$

$t=\frac{\pi }{4\omega }$       $(T\cdot \omega =2\pi )$

where T = time period for one complete oscillation

$t=\frac{T}{4}$

at $t=\frac{T}{4}$

$v=0$

thus $k=0$ and $U=E$

i.e. Maximum at maximum amplitude

$\omega t=\pi$

$t=\frac{T}{2}$
