Answer C: Describe an experience when you dealt with an angry customer.

While the questions A and B are asking for information about current and former jobs, and question D is just asking that you describe yourself, the question C is an example of behavioral question because it asks specifically about your behavior when dealing with a customer's bad behavior (angry): How did you manage the situation? Were you calm or upset? etc.

Option (c) is correct.  Describe an experience when you dealt with an angry customer is an example of a behavioral question.

    Further Explanation:

    Behavior questions:

In an interview, the interviewer may ask interviewee question related to his/her behavior in any specific situation. The aim of these questions is to know the reaction of the interviewee in a given case. The response of the interviewee will showcase his/her skill set, ability, personality, and decision-making ability.

Behavior questions are asked by giving a specific situation and then the reaction of the interviewee is evaluated.

Justification for the correct and incorrect options:

    a.

Why do you want to leave your current job: This is an incorrect option.

The reason for the resignation can tell the skill-set of the person.

    b.

Have you ever been fired from a job: This is an incorrect option.

The answer to this question will not justify the decision-making ability of the interviewee.

    c.

Describe an experience when you dealt with an angry customer: This is the correct option.

The response of this question will define the decision-making ability, skill set and personality of the decision-making.

    d.

How would you describe yourself: This is an incorrect option.

This question will only define the personality of a person.

The answer is c. Describe an experience when you dealt with an angry customer

Behavioral question is asked to find out how a person act in a specific situation, that is used to gauge the candidate's future performance
( the question in option c will give the interviewer a future prediction on how the candidate will act when they faced an angry customer)
