    In learning, generalization refers to the process of using the concept from one specific area to a situation in different area.

    For example, let's say that in DTI a person learn how to craft jewelries. When going to natural environment, that person craft jewels utilizing things such as flowers and leaves. We can say that the person has generalized a skill of crafting to the natural environment.

    This is because a person’s skills is mostly influenced by the environment he or she has experienced, may it be through her home or even outside.
