    This statement is false.
    It is not true that most important issues have been addressed - this is very wrong because not much attention is being paid to global warming, as well as other pressing issues. And even if it were, America is always trying to correct the wrongs in the world, so there will surely be more turning points in the future.

    That statement is False.

    There are still a lot of important issues that haven't been resolved in our environmental problem, such as:
    - We have already discovered solar panel as a better source of energy compared to fossil energy, but we still haven't figured out how to make solar panel cheaper than fossil energy
    - We still have to face overpopulation that often take more resource than what our normal environment can sustain
