    este = demonstrative adjectives

    aquél = demonstrative pronouns

    Explanation:

    Demonstrative adjectives are those words which accompany a noun to mark the distance between the speaker and the object, place or person to which it refers. The demonstrative adjective agrees in gender and number with the noun it modifies. It is essential to pay attention to the adverb of place which presents the sentence.

    As its name indicates, demonstrative pronouns replace a given noun in a sentence. Like demonstrative adjectives, the pronouns refer to an object, person or place that is at a certain distance from the speaker in the sentence.

    The pronouns change their gender and number according to the noun they are replacing. According to the Real Academia de la Lengua Española, demonstrative pronouns no longer require a tonic accent. This accent used to differentiate the pronouns from the adjectives. For this reason, both forms are correct.

    The right answer is present progressive tense

    We use the Spanish present progressive tense (el presente progresivo) also called the present continuous tense (el presente continuo) to talk about something that is happening now. It is generally formed using the verb estar plus a present participle. So the formula is:

    estar + present participle

    In Spanish, the present participles end in ndo, which is the equivalent of the English ending ing.
