Answer is option B : Cardiovascular diseases.

Explanation: All people with diabetes have an increased chance of heart diseases as well as strokes.  in the presence of diabetes the patient should control other risks such as high blood pressure and cholesterol.

Once a person has been diagnosed with diabetes, the single greatest health threat they will face is B. cardiovascular disease. Diabetes is characterized by increased level of blood glucose. However, it is not only metabolic change that happens inside the body. Some of the changes are increased cholesterol and triglycerides level as well as high blood pressure. These changes, together with obesity and lack of physical activity, may contribute to the risk for developing cardiovascular disease.

    Hope this helps

B is the answer Because cardio means heart, and diabetes is when there is too much sugar in the blood and so it will lead to cardiovascular disease.
