       4)  c = 38

       5)  x = 50

    Step-by-step explanation:

    4) The marked angles are a "linear pair", meaning their total is 180°:

      3c° +(2c -10)° = 180°

      5c = 190 . . . . . . . divide by °, add 10, collect terms

      c = 38 . . . . . . . . . divide by 5

    __

    5) The interior angle at C brings the total of the marked angle and the interior angle to 360°

      330° + (interior angle) = 360°

      (interior angle) = 30° . . . . . . . . . subtract 330°

    The interior angles of the triangle total 180°, so we have ...

      x° +2x° +30° = 180°

      3x = 150 . . . . . . . . . . . . . divide by °, subtract 30

      x = 50 . . . . . . . . . divide by 3

    C = 38, x = 50

    Step-by-step explanation:

    4. All the angles must be equal to 180.

    Hence.

    3c + 2c - 10 =180

    5c - 10= 180

    5c = 190

    C = 38

    5. First solve for angle c = 360- 330 = 30

    The internal angles of a triangle is 180.

    Hence.

    x + 2x + 30 = 180

    3x = 150

    x = 50

    For #4 - c=38

    38x3=114 and 38x2-10=66. 114+66=180

    For #5 - x=50

    180=30+3x

    (subtract 30 from both)

    150=3x

    (divide by 3)

    50=x

    Step-by-step explanation:

    Question 1:

    All triangles have a sum of 180°.

    180 - (56 + 39)

    180 - 95 = 85

    So, now that you know the measurement of the third angle of the triangle, you can find the missing exterior angle. Exterior angles and interior angles that are side-by-side are supplementary angles meaning that have a sum of 180°. So, you would subtract 85 from 180 which is 95.

    So, the measurement of the missing angle is 95°.

    Question 2:

    All triangles have a sum of 180°.

    we already know the angle of ∠1 and since the triangle is an isosceles triangle, then both of the base angles have a measurement of 67°. Now, we find the value of x.

    180 - (67 + 67)

    180 - 134 = 46

    3x - 14 = 46

    3x = 60

    x = 20

    So, the value of x is 20.

    Substitution property of equality

    Step-by-step explanation:

    Because you substituted the value of y in the equation 🙂

    Hope this helps!
