Read the passages.

Editorial
Children need lengthier recess sessions in order to reap the full benefits from the play session. They need ample time to move their body, to explore, to tinker, to problem-solve, to work through their emotions, and to dive deep into their imaginations.

–"How Schools Ruined Recess—and Four Things Needed to Fix It,"
Angela Hanscom

Newspaper Article
"While I was certainly intrigued by the academic and behavioral benefits, it was the psychological benefits such as increasing emotional resiliency, increasing imagination and creativity, and promoting the development of self-confidence that I felt would be a game-changer for my students."

–"Why Some Schools Are Sending Kids Out for Recess Four Times a Day,"
Valerie Strauss

The correct answer is A. Their overall mental health increases.

    Explanation

The family relationship is the name given to the interactions between the members of a family, these can be mediated by respect, responsibility, the unity of its members, friendship, love, building a positive family relationship. Additionally, there are negative family relationships in which there is physical, psychological and verbal violence, there is no respect and the family lacks unity. Therefore, children must develop their life in a positive family environment, which means a benefit for their life from this interaction to have full mental health, because they will occupy their thinking in children's issues such as games, study , friends, among others. So, the correct answer is A. Their overall mental health increases.

    Therapy, Excitement, Responsibility

    Explanation:

Children can benefit from having a pet in many different ways. The three main benefits though that I have thought of is that 1, if your child is having difficulties functioning because of anxiety, depression, or stress, researches show that having a pet to care for can help release your mind from worry. 2, obviously it is exciting to first get a pet and for me, the excitement never really stopped. And finally 3, your child can learn responsibilities by having to care for a pet or facing the consequences.

A). Increased recess time leads to more than just physical benefits.

    Explanation:

The idea that both the given passages reinforce would be 'additional benefits of increased recess time other than physical benefits.' The first passage displays how 'lengthier recess sessions promote creative and imaginative thinking, problem-solving, and work through the emotions' abilities in the students. The second passage reiterates a similar idea by discussing psychological and behavioral benefits like 'increasing...creativity' of increased recess time that allows students to 'develop self-confidence that may help them a great deal in future and prove to be a 'game-changer.' Therefore, option A is the correct answer.

    a) In some ethnic groups, authoritarian parenting is as beneficial as authoritative parenting.

    Explanation:

Authoritarian parenting is the style of parenting where authority is in the hand of parents and children were on passive ends to meet the demands of their parents. On the other hand in the Authoritative parenting style, parents try to develop positive relationships by solving conflicts through cooperation. But according to recent researches in some ethnic groups generally( in minority ethnic groups) authoritarian parenting style results in better educational achievement of children but still, their emotional development affects considerably.
