There are two conditions given to us in the question.

First condition is the we have to shade the graph below the given line.

The blue region in the graph satisfies this condition.

Second condition is that we have to shade the first and fourth quadrant, which means than the value of x is equal to or greater than zero. Red region satisfies this condition.

As the solution is represented by Both the conditions combined.  The purple area satisfies both the conditions, hence solution is given by the Purple Region
