    3. four

    Explanation:

    balanced equation:

    2S + 3O2 → 2SO3

    ∴ moles (n) S = 4 mol

    ∴ n O2 = 6 mol

    limit reagent: S

    ⇒ mol SO3 = ( 4 mol S )*( 2 mol SO3 / 2 mol S )

    ⇒ n SO3 = 4 mol SO3

    What is described here is actually the formation of ozone in the atmosphere. Ozone is what makes up the ozone layer, the shield in the Earth’s atmosphere that absorb the sun’s harmful UV radiation.

    Now when solar energy hits O2 molecules, this results to a release in Oxygen atoms. When these Oxygen atoms combine with O2 molecules, Ozone or O3 is formed.

    The correct answers are:

    Oxygen atoms

    Ozone

    The correct answer is option (b). combining a single oxygen atom (O) with an oxygen molecule ([tex]O_{2}[/tex]).

    The molecular formula of the ozone is [tex]O_{3}[/tex]. the combination of the molecular oxygen with the oxygen atom can result in the formation of the ozone molecule.

    As the ozone do not have chlorine in its structure, combining oxygen and chlorine cannot form ozone.

    Combining two oxygen atom would form an oxygen molecule, not the ozone.

    Breaking oxygen molecule would result in formation oxygen atom, not ozone.

    Hence, the options (a), (c), and (d) are incorrect.

    The correct answer is - b. combining a single oxygen atom (O) with an oxygen molecule (O2).

    The ''good ozone'' in the stratosphere, is formed by the combination of a single oxygen atom with an oxygen molecule of two oxygen atoms. This ozone is actually forming a layer, something like a subdivision in the stratosphere, where it is dominant, and it is of huge importance for the life on the Earth.

    The ozone layer is managing to control the amount of ultraviolet light that come towards the Earth from the Sun, and if the ozone layer doesn't do that, than the life on our planet will be very hard, as the ultraviolet light is extremely damaging for the living organisms.

    Molecular Orbital

    Explanation: Each atom of oxygen has 8 electrons. So, in total there will be 16 electrons in one oxygen molecule.

    So, since we have a atomic orbital with two atoms in it, there will be ten molecular orbitals of oxygen that are formed.

    500 water molecules and the remaining 500 O2 molecules. Remember the ratio of H to O in H2O.

    A. The hydrogen molecule has a structural formal that looks like this: H—H. The oxygen molecule has a structural formula that looks like this: O=O (except you should make the lines longer). When you combine the molecules, it has a structural formula that looks like this:
                                                                O
                                                              /     \
                                                            H      H

    b. O=C=O (again, make the lines a little longer)

    c. space-filling model of hydrogen looks like this oo (circles should be touching) and the space-filling model of carbon dioxide should look like this OoO (circles should be touching)

    [tex]Only 3 questions will get points and brainiest a. draw the structural formula for a hydrogen molecul[/tex]

    542.06 K

    Explanation:

    v = rms speed of oxygen molecule = 650 m/s

    M = molecular mass of the oxygen molecule = 32 g = 0.032 kg

    R = universal gas constant = 8.314 J/(mol K)

    T = temperature of the gas

    Rms speed of oxygen molecule is given as

    [tex]v = \sqrt{\frac{3RT}{M}}[/tex]

    [tex]650 = \sqrt{\frac{3(8.314)T}{0.032}}[/tex]

    T = 542.06 K

    A) Product.
    Water is produced from the reaction and is hence, the product of the reaction.
