The time that elapses until half the element remains is__ years. It is expecting me to use Intersect on a graphing calculator to find the answer. The example for this problem says to use y sub 2=0.5, I found the function to be y=32-22e^-0.066890232x
(x is the t in the half life formula). I hope I am correct on this. I don’t k on how to find the half part of the graph and I tried using a graphing calculator online. Thanks for the help!

    [tex]35 = 45 - n[/tex]put like terms together.[tex]n = 45 - 35[/tex]or[tex]35 - 45 = - n[/tex]remember that the 45 becomes negative when moved to the other side.[tex]n = 10[/tex]or[tex]- 10 = - n[/tex]the minuses cancel out.[tex]10 = n[/tex]
