Think about lifestyle choices that you make on a daily basis. Choose at least four lifestyle choices which you could change to improve your overall health. Explain how making those changes would improve your health

    1. Not drinking alot of water.

    2. Not eating healthy.

    3. Not excercising regularly.

    4. Not resting properly.

    Explanation:

    Starting to drink water can help maintain the balance of body fluids. Eating healthy can help you wellibeing and your health fundamentally, eating helthy can also help us prevent chronic diseases such as obesity. Excercising regularly is good for your health because it improves you stamina, muscle growth and even your endurance. Resting properly helps you grow your body to your fullest potential and also helps you be alert during the day.

    Well, I won't do your essay for you, but I can help outline some stuff you can change which will improve your health. Then, I'll leave it to you to explain how it does so! =)

    So, I can't say these specifically apply to you, so I'll just make some generalised changes you can make.

    * begin working out
    * eat healthier and nutritious food
    * begin meditating 
    * cut out addictive tendencies (video games, etc)
    * learn to love yourself (loving yourself is a key to confidence and self-forgiveness, which leads to better mental health)
    * work on proper and consistent hygiene

    Think positive, it will make you have a healthier immune system. Get a good night's sleep, you can become more relaxed which help reduce stress. Eat Vegetables, it will help your body have more energy and help reduce the risk for cancer and other serious illnesses. Eating properly, it can help you from over eating so it will help manage your weight, keep you from stressing, have better focus and avoid those cravings.

    Hello! There are many ways to maintain a healthy body/lifestyle! The following are just a few things you can do to keep that healthy body!

    Number one. Eating better. Eating better does not mean stop eating things that you normally it, it just means that you should eat healthier things and less of what you currently eat to gain muscle and keep your body in shape. Number two. Calorie counting. Calories are good for you, don't get me wrong! However, eating too many calories can cause you to gain more fat which is fine, but too much can cause long term damage in the long run! Number three. Keeping active. Maintaining mobility and being on your feet is a wonderful idea! When you work out/run or anything active your body burns fat and excess calories. This keeps your body both healthy and in shape. Lastly! Keeping hydrated. If you are dehydrated, your blood flow is less which causes your internal organs to not get enough oxygen/blood flow and weakens them. In extreme cases, this could lead to death! 

    Those four reasons above are just a few ways you can maintain a happy and healthy body! Of course, there are much more, but these ones are key to a great future and a body that functions easily and healthily.

    Don't smoke- lessen your chance to have cancer and help revitalize  your lungs.

    Exercise-  improve your health and can decrease weight

    Less time on the phone- blue light emits harmful rays that can decrease your ability to see clearly

    Drinking less soda would help your acne

    1. The amount of physical exercise I engage in on a daily basis.
    2, The number of hours I sleep.
    3. The quantity of junk foods I consume daily and 
    4. Cultivation of the habit of spending time alone daily.
    B. My days are always very busy, so I do not engage at all in physical exercise. Adding at least a thirty minute of physical exercise to my daily tasks will improve my health considerable. Due to the nature of my day, I usually eat on the move, thus I eat junk foods everyday. Eating healthy and balanced diet will go a long way in improving my health. I sleep for three hours only everyday, from 2 am to 5 am.This is because I have to leave my house very early in the morning and I don't usually get to sleep until 2 am in the morning. Spending more hours sleeping will improve my overall health. I want to start spending at least 30 minutes alone on a daily basis in order to meditate and to reflect over the events of the day. This will be a great boost to my mental health.
