  1. I believe the answer is: There are numerous and variable interpretations of events and their significance.

    In examining history, we have to see each events from the perspective of all the individuals and groups that are involved in the story.
    If we only make an interpretation based on one individual;s or one group's point of view, the information would most likely catered in a way that make them appear to have positive attitude/characteristics.

  2. It is difficult to do this interpretation because there may not have been time for the outcome to have developed. For example, in Venezuela right now there is an attempt by part of the opposition to defeat the government through street violence and reverse the social gains of Hugo Chavez and Nicolas Maduro but the dispute still has not been resolved.

  3. It is daunting to gain an accurate perspective of recent events and their significance.This is becasue there are numerous and variable interpretations of events and their significance. This problem emanates from the fact that recent historical events are not backed up by enough data which would aid in accurate interpretation of events.

  4. It is difficult to inherit or get recent history and current events because, there are numerous and variable interpretations of events and their significance. It is also hard to see a current event from an historical perspective. That's why.
